My approach to therapy is, utilizing the Person-Centered, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches, in order for you to express your deepest concerns. I also find homework to be an effective tool.

Together we will assess “the why behind the what,” in order to help you journey through your concerns. I offer a non-judgmental, supportive environment.

My clients describe me as a witty, humorous, wise, sensitive and caring individual; I provide an emotionally safe, warm, non-judgmental environment.

Are challenged with issues such as (but not limited to): Domestic Violence, Christian Counseling, Women’s Issues, Grief and Loss, anxiety, relationships, marriage, and PTSD.

Actually, I believe this to be my calling, because, I can impact change and make a positive difference in the lives of others.

Trust, and emotional safety are (without a doubt) the most important factors in the therapeutic process. You will feel safe knowing that you are being listened to and valued. Together, we can process and develop your coping mechanisms.
